How do I book?
Please see our website www.thebulakan.com . Room bookings can be made via email, telephone, facsimile or booking directly by contacting our Corporate Sales Office at +62 361 8956314, email: reservation@thebulakan.com or in person at any of our hotels/properties.
Is my personal information kept private?
Absolutely, we do not divulge any guest information to anyone except the minimum necessary, eg for the Bank to process your booking. For more information, see our terms & conditions.
How do I cancel or amend my booking?
Please contact our Corporate Sales Office at 0361-8956314 or email to reservation@thebulakan.com or contact directly to each unit of our hotels/properties. We will send you an email to confirm your booking cancelled/amended.
Can I just turn up without reservation?
Yes you can! But it will depend on room availability and rate of the day. For your convenience we suggest you to plan ahead and book through your reliable agent or the online to get the best rate.
Can I request room next to each other or on a specific floor?
Yes you can! But confirmation will subject to availability upon arrival.
Are bed linens provided?
Yes, all the beds come with a full set of linen (bed sheet, duvet & pillows).
For your convenience we make up you rooms daily however, we will change your linen every two (2) consecutive nights as per our environmental policy. You may contact our front desk for daily towel and linen change.
Does the hotel provide towels, soap, shampoo etc?
Yes it does.
Is breakfast included?
Yes it is included.
Is there any Food & Beverage outlet in the hotel?
Food & Beverage outlet at our hotels varies depending on location Please refer to the individual hotel for Food and Beverage outlets.
Can I make a booking on behalf of another person but pay it with my own credit card?
Yes you can.
Can I check in if the booking is under someone else’s name?
No, only the person whose name and valid ID stated in the booking confirmation will be allowed to check in.
If I am making a booking for one room for 2 persons, do I need to provide both names?
No, you only need to provide one name. The person named in the booking must be present during check in.
In what currency do I pay for my stay at the Hotel?
Payment would be in US dollar and IDR currency.
What is the earliest time I can check-in?
The earliest time you can check-in is 2.00 pm.
What is the latest time I can check-out?
The latest time you can check-out is 11.00 am on the check-out date. Late check-out is available at a minimum cost.
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, we do.
Is there Internet access in the Hotel?
In-room Wi-Fi is available at FREE of charge. And we have guest computers in each property for your convenience.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All rooms have split system air-conditioning.
Do the Hotel rooms come with a telephone, television, safe, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities?
All rooms have telephone, Television, in room Safety Deposit box, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
What should I prepare when check in?
Guests are required to present proof of identity (KTP/Passport).
Can I change my room type upon check in?
Yes you can, subject to room availability & rate of the day.
Can children stay unaccompanied in the hotel?
No, and by children we mean anyone under twelve (12) years of age.
