The benefit is two fold, firstly, it ensures that publicity content is accurate while at the same time is consistent with the group’s goals and objectives and secondly, provides cost – saving for smaller properties.
The group also promotes it’s brand actively by ensuring brand awareness and identity through the production of corporate collaterals which are consistent and reflective of the high standard that The Bulakan, Hotel Management & Consultancy brand name is known for. Publicity effort through the media is consistently maintained by establishing a close report with mainstream dailies and publications.
The Department also regularly engages in non – direct marketing effort with other commercial entities. These efforts seek to further promote the properties wherever their location and gain incremental revenue.
The Bulakan, Hotel Management & Consultancy maintains an extensive and dedicated sales and marketing network whose primary focus is to intensify and assist all properties in all aspects of marketing, sales and promotion.
Our sales and marketing teams would provide a comprehensive report on market scenarios with up to date data sourced from governments, independent hospitality consultants and competitor hotels in order to address sales projections and actual earning in line with local economic situation and achieve the set strategic business plans.
